Communications and Guidelines

Below displays the communications and guidelines sent out to retail. This consists of Product Updates, Seasons Setters and Hotspots. The product updates would showcase the new product drops instore and how to product handle the newness hitting down for that season. The product update would also include photography or graphic roll outs, new price points and mannequin styling. The Season setters would detail the trend in which the ranges had been inspired from giving the retail staff background information into the trend currently in season. The hotspot guide would show the latest pushes for the company and ‘what’s hot on the high street’ and how this can be pulled together. Debenhams decided to join Yammer, a social media platform for retail. Using this platform stores could share, gather feedback, celebrate, support & identify experts via the platform. The Yammer groups we made had a retail population of 1,800 members and below I’ve provided an example in the way that this worked.
